Please note that, due to an increase in order volume, it may take longer than usual to process and fulfill your order. We are actively working to expedite the delivery process and appreciate your patience. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
SHIPPING TERMS
All parcels within the UK are dispatched using our reliable courier partners.
The delivery cost will be calculated during the checkout process based on the weight of the items and the order total. There may be reduced or free delivery charges available during promotional offers. Deliveries will be made to the registered delivery address, or the address provided when placing the order. UK orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days, although there may be occasions when it takes longer. International deliveries will be shipped within 5-7 working days using a reputable courier.
The contract between you and Afro Caribbean Tingz Ltd is considered finalized once the goods are accepted upon delivery. You, or an authorized person over the age of 18 designated by you, must be present to inspect the goods at the time of delivery.
The products are stored in appropriate conditions and temperatures prior to delivery. The risk of loss and damage to the products transfers to you on the date they are delivered to your address or left with a person or place designated by you. Afro Caribbean Tingz Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery.
For orders over £30, an adult aged 18 or over must sign for the delivery, and it will be assumed that consent has been given to this person to sign and accept the goods. In the event that the courier service provider confirms a delivery time with you, but nobody is available at the agreed time, the goods may be returned to us, and we reserve the right to charge for any perishable goods and a return-to-sender delivery fee of £8.
If the courier company attempts to deliver your order to the provided delivery address but nobody is available to accept it, a notification of attempted delivery will be left, and a second delivery attempt will be made. In such cases, we cannot guarantee the quality of perishable goods in the order.
In case of high order volume, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow for additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If you have not received your parcel after a considerable period, please contact the shipping courier with your tracking code. For further assistance or unanswered questions, you can reach out to our team via email.
While we make every effort to ensure all orders are delivered within the specified schedule, we do not accept liability if we fail to do so due to circumstances beyond our control.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you or your end customer provide an address that is deemed inadequate by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Once we have confirmed a corrected address with you (if applicable), you will be responsible for the costs of reshipment.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION and ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Shipment Confirmation and your tracking number(s).
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Due to logistical reasons, there may be instances where items from the same purchase will be sent in separate packages, even if you have chosen combined shipping. Please bear this in mind when receiving your deliveries.
OUT-OF-STOCK OR BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
There is a possibility that your order contains items that are currently out of stock or on backorder. In such cases, our policy is to ship out comparable alternatives. We will inform you of any such changes through email or by contacting you directly.
If you prefer not to receive any substitutes, please leave a note to that effect in your order instructions. Alternatively, once you receive our message, you have 24 hours to let us know if the changes are not to your liking.
If the alternatives are unsuitable, we can issue a refund for the missing items instead.
DAMAGES
Afro Caribbean Tingz Ltd cannot be held responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during the shipping process. If you have received your order in a damaged condition, we kindly request you to contact the shipment carrier to initiate a claim.
We kindly ask you to retain all packaging materials and damaged items before proceeding with the claim process.
